Feeding Instructions:
We recommend you keep your dog in ideal body condition and not allow them to become overweight. To help your dog maintain an ideal body condition, monitor your dog’s weight on a regular basis, making sure that their ribs are easily felt and their waist is visible when viewed from above. Maintaining an ideal body condition can benefit your dog’s lifelong health.
If your dog is over their ideal weight, for a safe rate of weight loss follow these guidelines. Use the column on the left if your dog has achieved their ideal body weight, and you would like to maintain their weight. Use the middle column if your dog is sterilised. Use the column on the right if your dog needs to lose some weight. For overweight dogs, adjust the amounts as needed to target an average monthly loss of 2 to 4% of body weight.
