2-4 working days is the short answer. We will e-mail you a day before we ship off your goodies. The biggest factor for a longer delivery time is availability, but you can always see this before you buy. If you do want to check up on anything in this regard please just get in touch with us, and if you really, really need it in a hurry our experiments with time travel have all failed but we’ll see what we can do for you. What Credit Cards do you accept?
We process all our payments securely through Stripe, which supports all major credit card providers including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. If you have any questions, please just call or whatsapp us on 5600 8648 or email email@example.com.
Can I pay Cash or write you a cheque?
With our new and convenient online payment system, we'll be phasing our cash and cheque payment methods by 1 January 2019. For those allergic to credit cards, we still accept bank transfer or cash deposits into our HSBC bank account number – 652-018417-001 (Life Project Limited). We'll process your payment once the funds have been received.
Can I pick up products from your store?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a store, so all products must be delivered. But because you can choose delivery time, date and place- delivery is on your schedule.
