ORIJEN's FRESH ingredients are refrigerated to preserve freshness and nutrients. RAW ingredients were frozen at peak season using state-of-the-art techniques to lock in their natural goodness. ORIJEN's raw dry food is grain-free, low-carb and high in protein, providing pets with a holistic diet just as nature intended. Taurine, which is an amino acid found in meat and is essential for the well-being of pets (especially cats), is present in all ORIJEN dry cat food with a minimum of 0.2-0.3%, meeting the minimum allowance guideline recommended by the Association of American Feed Control Officials ("AAFCO").
