- 2 mg/kg orally every 8โ12 hours

- Shake well before use
- Administer directly into the mouth or mix with a small amount of food
- Best given on an empty stomach for optimal absorption
- Use a calibrated syringe for accurate dosing

- Ketoconazole, itraconazole, and iron supplements
