   Book an in-person consultation at our sister clinic, Dr Hugh’s Veterinary Hospital, where all our medications are safely stored. Your pet gets a thorough check-up, and you get peace of mind.
2.  Upload & Purchase
   After your consult, upload your updated prescription to PetProject.HK. Every prescription is carefully reviewed and signed off by both a registered vet and a veterinary assistant before we dispatch any medication.
3. Claim Your Rebate
   Once your prescription is verified and your order is processed, you’ll receive HK$400 in Paw Points (40,000 points) for your next purchase with us.
   Please note: If you don’t upload a valid prescription, refunds are issued as Paw Points (not cash).

Prescription Only Medications (POM) are stored and dispensed directly from Dr. Hugh’s Veterinary Hospital under veterinary supervision.

As required by law, orders for this product will only be processed and delivered after our veterinary team has reviewed your pet’s prescription and medical history, who may contact you or your existing vet for more details. Clients are encouraged to Autoship this product to avoid unnecessary delays.
