Overview:
Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk is a complete milk replacer powder formulated to mimic a mother's natural milk as closely as possible. It provides a complete diet for newborn and orphaned puppies and serves as a supplementary feed for weaning puppies, pregnant or nursing bitches, and sick or convalescing dogs.

Directions:Using the scoop provided, add 7 level scoops (approx. 31g–31.5g; ~4.5g per scoop) to 100ml warm water (boiled water allowed to cool to ~42°C) and stir until completely dissolved. Allow to cool to lukewarm blood temperature (38°C) before feeding. Always use clean, sterile feeding equipment.
The total daily requirement MUST be split across several feeds throughout the day, and puppies should be weighed daily to adjust intake:

250g puppy (2–14 days): 100ml total daily volume split into 6–8 feeds (including overnight)

500g puppy (15–21 days): 160ml total daily volume split into 6 feeds (including overnight)

1kg puppy (22–28 days): 250ml total daily volume split into 4–6 feeds (including 1 overnight)

2kg puppy (29–35 days): 400ml total daily volume split into 4–6 feeds
Note: After the 28th day, slowly transition the puppy to a solid diet (puppy food).
As a Supplementary Feed:

Unweaned puppies (under 8 weeks): up to 40ml per kg of body weight daily

Weaned puppies, pregnant/nursing dogs, or convalescent dogs: 11ml per kg of body weight daily (up to 1.1% of body weight)
Prepared milk may be stored in a refrigerator for up to 24 hours, but must be reheated to 38°C before feeding to young animals. Always follow your veterinarian's specific advice.
