Product Description
SANIMED Weight Reduction is a complete dietetic food for adult dogs, designed to reduce excessive body weight.
More and more dogs are overweight. Obesity in your dog increases the risk of health problems. If your dog is overweight it is important to regulate the amount of food you give your dog. Use the power of SANIMED Weight Reduction to reduce its weight and bring it back to target.
SANIMED Weight Reduction
- has the lowest energy content of all weight-reducing diets
- allows dogs to eat a relatively large amount of food and still lose weight, thanks to its high content in crude fibre and its very low energy value
- stimulates the breakdown of fats in the body thanks to the additional L-carnitine
Low energy value
The feed of the SANIMED Weight Reduction line has a very low energy value due to the low content of available fats, as well as a high concentration of inaccessible fats and raw fiber. The calculated energy value of the product is 1,031 kJ per 100 g (245 kcal / 100 g). At such a low energy value, the product must also be satisfying at the same time. In other words, in order to ensure the arrival of a certain amount of energy, more feed will be required than other types of feed.
