Shipping Policy

Delivery Areas:

We deliver to all areas in Hong Kong, using courier services. This includes the New Territories and all outlying islands in Hong Kong. That’s a grand total of 263 Islands. Our office Island bingo sure is a fun game.

We currently do not ship to locations outside Hong Kong.

Delivery Charges:

We charge a flat shipping fee of HKD$ 30 for all orders below HK$ 200. Shipping is free for all orders over HK$ 200.

Delivery Schedule and Times:

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Our standard shipping time will be 2-4 working days from the date of your order. Please contact us to get an estimate for delivery time or to request expedited delivery. We will contact you before delivery.

Our couriers deliver from Monday to Saturday. Sunday is sacred, for hitting that snooze button and taking long walks with loved ones.

Monday to Saturday we do generally deliver by 1PM. Although we try our very best to get the deliveries bang on schedule, sometimes traffic will inevitably make us a little late. Please bear with us in this case, and accept our apologies in advance.

Special Delivery Information for Island Residents

Residents of Tai O, Cheung Chau, Lamma & Ping Chau Islands will have all packages sent by HK Post. All packages over 2kg will not be home delivered and need to be collected from the local post office. Recipients will be notified once the package has arrived at the local post office. For packages under 2kg, residents should contact their post office for delivery or collection information.
Discovery Bay and Ma Wan have the option of home delivery by courier service. Delivery time cannot be scheduled and will normally take 2-4 days from the time the order is shipped. Them’s the rules, sorry!
