Shopping can be a stressful business, and shopping online is no exception to the rule. Sure, you’ve beaten the crowds, but you’ve found another set of worries, namely: Argghh, what if the item doesn’t fit? Oh no, what if the product isn’t what I was expecting? Now what am I going to do!?
Well, the first thing is don’t panic. With PetProject.HK’s full refund or replacement policy, if any product you ordered doesn’t meet your expectations you can just return it in good condition, within 30 days, and receive a replacement or refund of the purchase amount. Just contact us at help@petproject.hk or call on 3008 5650 with the details of your problem and we will walk you through the return process, no problem.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, because we like to keep busy in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). In a perfect world that’s 13 business days, but please remember that nobody’s perfect.
