Groupon Terms and Conditions

These terms are for the Groupon promotion that concluded on May 7, 2012.
The voucher redemption period starts from May 14, 2012 and finishes on August 14, 2012.

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Only 2 units of any product can be purchased per customer using Groupon Vouchers

2. Products from Canidae, Felidae, Wellness and Holistic Select brands are exempt from Groupon voucher purchase

3. Groupon voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers from PetProject.HK

4. Delivery is free for all products purchased with Groupon Voucher

5. If order exceeds the Groupon voucher value, customers will get the value of the groupon voucher as discount and will securely pay the balance via credit card, paypal or bank transfer.

6. Due to high demand, delivery may take up to two weeks.

7. Only one voucher can be used per order.

FAQ’s

1. My cat loves treats. Can I use the entire voucher for her favorite treat?

-  Unfortunately, no. Due to the high demand from our promotion with Groupon, we must limit all orders to two of any single product per customer. All cats love treats, so to make sure there are enough to go around and extend this amazing offer to as many people as possible, we must restrict all Groupon customers to two of any single product per order. You can, however, order two pieces of each flavor, I’m sure she would appreciate the variety!

 

2. This was such a great offer that I bought three vouchers; can I use them over the next few weeks?

-  In order to keep our prices the lowest in Hong Kong and continue to provide free delivery, we would prefer that you use all vouchers on the same day. Our prices will remain low, so you won’t be missing out, we promise.

 

3. Why are there restrictions on which items I can purchase with my Groupon voucher?

- We work hard to keep our prices so low and sometimes our suppliers can put restrictions on how we sell and market their products. Unfortunately, Canidae, Felidae, Wellness and Holistic Select brands are exempt from this offer. However, we can say that we offer these products at low prices every day, so you can purchase them the next time you visit.

 

4. Because I love PetProject.HK so much, I referred a friend and got a 10% discount voucher. Can I use this discount with my Groupon voucher for an even better price?

- We admire your zeal, but because we offered such a great deal through Groupon, we cannot allow you to use your Groupon voucher in conjunction with other discounts. However, on your next visit, that 10% discount will be welcomed.

 

5. There is a voucher number and security code in my Groupon coupon.  Which one do I use to redeem the offer?

 
-  You need to use the security code to redeem the voucher.

 

6. Help, my voucher is not working!

 -  There are 3 scenarios under which your voucher will not work:

1) in case you have added more than 2 products of any item to your shopping cart.
2) In case you have purchased more than one Groupon voucher, only one of your vouchers is enabled for Frontline.  So if you add Frontline to a voucher that is not enabled for Frontline, it will not work - please try buying Frontline with your first voucher - if that doesn't work, try it with your other vouchers.
3) If you have added Canidae, Wellness or Holistic Select items to your order.
We hope you appreciate that we have to put these restrictions, as we have to service a lot of customers who have bought these vouchers, and we have limited stock, especially of Fro ntline.  In fact, Frontline is already out of stock, and our new stock will arrive in about 2 weeks.  Please go ahead and place your order, but please note that if your order includes Frontline, it will take us 2-3 weeks to deliver because of stock limitations.
